Caterina Cuscusa Carta, born in 1930, driven by strong creativity and the courage of an enterpreneur, decided to start in 1981 the magnificent family business, Panificio Fratelli Carta, which is located in the heart of Sardinia, in the city of Sedilo, Province of Oristano.
Today the tradition continues with the new generation. Passion for work, value of sacrifice and dedication have always been the key to the success of this company. Authentic products, linked to the millenary Sardinian tradition in the art of baking, an ancient flavor that has been handed down from generation to generation.
